Recently, the gas-fired infrared powder spraying line preheating furnace, custom-produced by Jiangsu Huineng, has been successfully installed and commissioned, and is now operating smoothly at a renowned automotive parts company in Chongqing. In the pretreatment process of automotive workpiece painting, the efficiency of the preheating stage directly determines the takt time of the entire production line. Extremely fast and efficient, significantly enhancing production capacity
The equipment utilizes high-density, medium- and long-wave gas infrared technology, allowing heat to radiate directly to the workpiece surface at the speed of light, achieving "second-level response and minute-level temperature rise". In just a few minutes, the workpiece can be uniformly and stably heated from room temperature to the optimal working temperature of 90-110℃. Compared to traditional methods, the production line speed is increased by up to approximately 30%, saving customers valuable production time.
Energy conservation and consumption reduction, significantly reducing costs
The Huineng gas infrared heating technology features "instant heating upon startup and instant shutdown upon shutdown", allowing heat to directly reach the workpiece, thus avoiding the waste caused by heating a large amount of air. Its thermal efficiency far exceeds that of traditional convection heating methods. This not only reduces gas consumption but also reduces the no-load loss during equipment standby. The thicker and heavier the automotive workpiece, the more energy-efficient it is, providing customers with tangible operational cost advantages.

Uniform preheating is crucial for ensuring the adhesion and curing effect of subsequent powder coating. This equipment, through scientific infrared burner layout and precise temperature control system, ensures high consistency of temperature on the surface and inside of the workpiece, eliminating coating defects caused by temperature differences from the source, and significantly improving the coating quality and product yield of automotive workpieces.
Safe and environmentally friendly, with a long service life
The product has obtained the EU ATEX flameproof and explosion-proof certification. During the production process, it achieves zero emission of nitrogen oxides and can simultaneously treat a portion of the VOCs inside the furnace. The alumina wool loaded with catalyst inside the product has a distinct layered structure, with filaments generally exceeding 10CM in length and a diameter of approximately 3 microns, which increases the specific surface area of the wool fibers, thereby increasing the catalyst content and enhancing the catalytic efficiency of gas and oxygen. The service life can reach 40,000 to 80,000 hours.
