The total investment of this project is about 5 million yuan, and all funds are self raised by the enterprise. By adding advanced production equipment, upgrading core production processes, and renovating old environmental protection facilities, the automotive parts coating production system will be comprehensively optimized, especially in the green and compliant use of plastic powder and coatings, achieving standardization and low-carbon upgrading, and helping the enterprise achieve a two-way breakthrough in capacity expansion and green production.


It is understood that with the iteration and upgrading of products, the existing production equipment, processes, and waste gas treatment facilities of the enterprise are no longer able to meet the production needs of new products. This renovation and expansion project aims to add core production equipment such as water transfer printing line, spray coating line, and vacuum coating line, supporting advanced production processes such as water transfer printing, spray coating, curing, and vacuum coating. At the same time, the original outdated waste gas treatment facilities will be thoroughly renovated, greatly improving the level of intelligent and environmentally friendly production. After the completion of the project renovation, the enterprise's production capacity has significantly increased, and it can achieve an annual production scale of 300000 sets of automotive underbody panels, 10 million sets of plastic automotive parts, and 5 million sets of metal automotive parts, comprehensively consolidating the enterprise's production capacity foundation and market competitiveness in the field of automotive parts manufacturing.
The core highlights of this renovation and expansion project focus on the compliant, green, and efficient application of coating materials, strictly following national environmental protection and industry production standards, comprehensively upgrading the use system of plastic powder and coatings, strictly controlling pollutant emissions from the source, and practicing the concept of green manufacturing. The plastic powder used in the project production is a specialized powder coating that fully complies with the national standard "Technical Requirements for Low Volatile Organic Compound Content Coating Products" (GB/T 38597-2020). It belongs to the category of low volatile organic compound (VOC) environmentally friendly coating products. Compared with traditional paint coatings, it has significant advantages of low pollution, high environmental protection, and high utilization rate, achieving production emissions reduction and carbon reduction from the raw material end.
For the production of plastic automotive parts, the enterprise adopts a small batch intermittent spraying production mode, combined with 518W03R special spray gun operation. The equipment's paint output is stably controlled at 0.01-0.03L/min, with an annual effective spraying time of 1500 hours and an actual spraying scale of 8.0kg. The spraying operation is precise and controllable, effectively avoiding problems such as excessive spraying and paint waste. At the same time, all coating products used in the project strictly comply with the national standards of "Limits of Hazardous Substances in Vehicle Coatings" (GB24409-2020) and GB/T 38597-2020, completely eliminating the use of excessive and inferior coatings, ensuring product quality, and strictly adhering to the bottom line of production environmental protection.
